If you are an animal, which of the job listed below would you choose? Here are some of the most unusual and peculiar jobs and services in the animal kingdom.

Cleaner Wrasse


Just the name this fish alone signifies that its job is literally odd. Cleaner Wrasses eat parasites on the mouths and gill cavities of other fish. Cleaner Wrasses are best known for feeding on dead tissue, scales and ectoparasites.

Dermestid Beetle


Dermestid Beetles eat bone meats. They are also known as Skin Beetles, Larder Beetles, Hide or Leather Beetles, Carpet Beetles and Khapra Beetles. These creatures being used to clean human skull at Skulls Unlimited International, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in Japan.

Dung Beetle


Dung Beetles roll animal droppings for storage and for their consumption. These creatures feed exclusively on feces. They do not need to eat or drink anything else because the dung provides all the necessary nutrients they need.

Sea Cucumber


Sea Cucumbers are found on the sea floor and they eat sediments. They are consumed by humans and are regarded as aphrodisiacs.

Leafcutter Ants


You might want to be a farmer growing plants and vegetables but probably you wouldn’t want to be planting fungi. Leafcutter Ants plant fungi. They get leaves, add feces and saliva grow fungi on the mixture, and then distribute them among the colony to produce edible fungi.

Vulture


Dracula drank blood but Vultures consumes corpses. These flying creatures are well-known as scavengers feeding on carcasses of dead animals on African plains. Their stomach acid is exceptionally corrosive, allowing them to safely digest putrid carcasses infected with Botulinum toxin, hog cholera and anthrax bacteria that would be lethal to other scavengers.

African Grey Tree Frog


African Grey Tree Frogs use their feet to make foam nests hence they are also known as the Grey Foam-nest Tree Frog or Southern Foam-nest Tree Frog. Up to 12 males cluster around the female and fertilize the eggs by producing sperm which they whip into a foamy 'nest' with their hind legs. The female will leave temporarily to rehydrate before returning to the nest, as the entire ordeal can last several hours.

Maggot


Maggots are the larvae of flies. These yucky-looking creatures are are used to treat cuts.

Honey Bee


Do you consume honey? Honey is the only food that doesn’t spoil. But do you know that honey is bee vomit? Honey Bees produce and store honey. They travel hundreds of kilometers to collect pollen.

Hornbill


Would you wish to become a mother like the Hornbill? During incubation period, the female Hornbill is tucked inside the sealed nursery with her chick for 4 months. The nest is usually found in natural cavities in trees.
